Design Divas was started in January 2009 with the focus on machine embroidery. During the past years we have learned many embroidery techniques and sewn some very exciting projects. In 2012 we began to talk about bringing in garments and projects for our homes; some would have machine embroidery, others would not. Each year our group has been involved in making items for the community sew projects; these are easy projects with big rewards for us. Our goal is to keep up with new techniques in machine embroidery, share with each other when we attend classes and support and encourage each other.
